The following Privacy Policy describes the information and privacy practices for Woodpay Pty Ltd, call center, applications that run on mobile devices and tablets, and websites, including woodpay.com (collectively, the “Sites”). By visiting our Sites, contacting us by telephone or otherwise interacting with us, you consent to the information practices described in this policy.
Non-personal information may be collected in a variety of ways, but Collection Technology is often used. “Collection Technology” refers to cookies, web beacons, pixels, gifs, tags and other technologies that collect information in similar ways. Collection technology such as a cookie is a small data file that a website may send to your browser and which may then be stored on your hard drive. Our Sites use cookies to simulate a continuous connection – cookies let us “remember” information about your preferences and session, and allow you to move within areas of our Sites without reintroducing yourself.
Our Web server automatically collects the address of the website that you came from before visiting our Sites, which browser you used to view our Sites and any search terms you have entered on our Sites.
Our Sites may also use other technologies to track which pages on our Sites our visitors view. This data helps us understand how visitors use our Sites.
We or our service providers may also use Flash cookies (also known as Local Stored Objects) or other similar technologies. A Flash cookie is a small data file placed on a computer using Adobe Flash or similar technology that may be built into your computer or downloaded or installed by you on your computer. We use these technologies to personalize and enhance your online experience, facilitate processes, and personalize and store your settings. Flash cookies may help visitors to our Sites to, for example, set volume preference associated with a video experience, play games and perform surveys. They help us improve our Sites by measuring which areas are of greatest interest to customers. They may be recognized by other sites or by our marketing or business partners. Flash cookies are different from browser cookies and the cookie management tools provided by your browser may not remove Flash cookies. If you disable Flash cookies or other similar technologies, please be aware that you may not have access to certain features and services that make your online experience more efficient and enjoyable. To learn more about how we use cookies and your choices, please review our Cookie Statement.
For more information on your options with respect to how your information is used and how you can opt out from receiving advertising, see below: Third Party Advertising Service Providers and Do I Have Choice Regarding How My Information Is Used?
We may share your personal information and non-personal information with third party companies for advertising purposes, including to serve advertisements across the Internet, track your activity and interests over time on our Sites and on third party websites and mobile applications; and to identify the different device(s) you use to access our Sites. These third-party companies may also collect your personal information and non-personal information automatically when you use our Sites using the technologies outlined above (see “Cookies and Other Technologies”). These third-party companies also may possess or obtain information about you from your interactions: directly with the third-party companies; with other websites, mobile applications, or companies that the third-party companies work with; or from your interactions with advertisements the third-party companies help to display to you.
You can manage third party advertising preferences for some of the third parties we work with to serve advertising across the Internet by utilizing the choices at https://www.aboutads.info/choices/. Pinterest users may also opt out of online behavioral advertising through their Pinterest personalization settings. Do Not Track.
Do Not Track (“DNT”) is a privacy preference that users can set in some web browsers, allowing users to opt out of tracking by websites and online services. Currently, our Sites do not respond to DNT mechanisms.
We may, to the extent permitted by law, use or share information collected about you to provide you with offers on our behalf, or on behalf of our affiliates, subsidiaries, partners, or other third parties.
We may release personal information in the event of a corporate sale, merger, reorganization, dissolution or similar event.
In addition, the information that you give us and information about your order may be combined with other personally identifiable information (such as demographic information and past purchase history) available from our records and other sources. This information will be used to make our future marketing efforts more efficient. This information may also be shared with other marketers to bring you offers of interest. If you prefer that we do not share your name and address with other marketers, please see your choices in the section below.
